Your information, handled with care
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it the way we speak to patients — clearly.

Contact our teamWho we are
Smart Health Revamp provides healthcare, wellness and related guidance through this website and our clinic. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Smart Health Revamp. When it says "you", it means anyone visiting this website, contacting us or subscribing to our newsletter.
We take confidentiality seriously. Health information is treated as sensitive by default, and we limit access to it to the people who genuinely need it in order to support your care.
Information we collect
We collect information in three broad ways:
- Information you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and anything you write in our contact or newsletter forms.
- Health information you choose to share — for example, details of a concern or symptom you describe when requesting an appointment. Please share only what you are comfortable putting in writing; sensitive details are better discussed in a consultation.
- Information collected automatically — such as your browser type, device type, approximate region and the pages you visit, gathered through standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange appointments.
- To provide care, follow-ups and information relevant to the service you asked about.
- To send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand which topics are useful.
- To keep our website secure, reliable and accessible.
- To meet our legal, professional and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information to target advertising.
Why we are allowed to use it
Depending on where you live and the type of information involved, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; the need to provide care you have requested; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interest in running a safe, well-functioning service. Where specific health-privacy laws apply, such as HIPAA or applicable state privacy laws, we follow them. You may withdraw consent at any time, though this does not affect processing that has already happened.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working — for example, remembering that you closed a notice. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential parts of the site may then behave differently.
When we share information
- With your care team — clinicians involved in supporting you, so that your care stays joined up.
- With trusted service providers — such as hosting, email delivery and appointment tools, who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
- Where the law requires it — for example, a valid legal request, or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety.
- With your permission — for any other purpose, we ask first.
How we protect your information
We use technical and organisational safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit and staff confidentiality obligations. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we also keep the amount of information we hold to what is necessary. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may be able to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need.
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent or ask for your information in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email contact@smarthealthrevamp.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by law.
Newsletter and marketing choices
We only send our newsletter to people who have asked for it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also use our unsubscribe page at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not affect any care-related communication you need.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, for clinical record-keeping requirements, or to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for adults. Where a child receives care, we ask a parent or guardian to provide information and consent. We do not knowingly collect information online from children without that involvement.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy periodically and update it when our services or the law change. The current version always lives on this page, and significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
